COMPLETE HEALTH & WELLNESS.

MEET the people who will be pushing you.

Zachary Osburn

I got into this because fitness changes people beyond just the physical. It builds discipline, teaches you how to work, and has a way of helping you figure out who you are. You can't buy it, outsource it, or shortcut it. You have to earn it.

I grew up around sports, physical therapy and fitness. In college I started my training career at the rec center running classes and one on one sessions. Giving people the tools to experience what fitness had given me was the most rewarding work I'd ever done. I graduated with an Accounting degree, spent a year in auditing, and knew it wasn't it. I went back to school for Health and Wellness and landed a job running the wellness program in the physical therapy office I shadowed in high school. After graduating I moved to Round Rock, became head trainer and top earner at Crunch, then opened Complete Health and Wellness at 2100 Double Creek.

Fitness has always given me a real edge in everything I've tried outside the gym. That's still how I think about training. It's not just about how you look. It's about what you're capable of doing and how you feel doing it.

I start every client relationship with a direct conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what it's actually going to take. I won't let you off the hook, but I won't set you up for something you're not ready for either.

Outside the studio I'm a father and a partner. The same reason I stay in shape is the same reason I push my clients.

Fitness has always been part of who I am. Growing up, I competed in soccer, volleyball, and competitive cheer until a knee injury and surgery ended that chapter. Instead of walking away from movement, I found my way back to it. I got serious about training in 2021 and haven't stopped since.

I'm a certified personal trainer and hold a nutrition certification through ISSA. Training and nutrition are part of the same system.

I work primarily with women, and a lot of that comes from personal experience. Having kids changes your relationship with your body. I've been through it, and I coach from that place. My style is direct but encouraging. I'll push you, explain the why behind what we're doing, and make sure you're actually enjoying the process.

Outside the studio, I'm a mom first. Staying healthy isn't separate from that; showing up for your family fully starts with showing up for yourself.

Treat your health like the rest of your life depends on it.
